A number of businessmen are sending financial assistance following president’s call

Astana. April 23. KazTAG -  Businessman Sergey Kan will allocate T1.5 billion to help flood victims.
The funds will be used to provide emergency assistance, as well as to carry out measures to restore infrastructure, restore and build housing for citizens whose homes were damaged or destroyed as a result of the emergency.
“All of Kazakhstan is doing everything possible to ensure that life in the regions affected by floods improves as soon as possible. In a number of settlements, emergency crews of our companies provide round-the-clock service - along with rescuers, military personnel, volunteers, and social activists. We remember and support the call of the head of state. In addition to technical assistance, we provide funds to eliminate the consequences of floods. We sincerely sympathize with everyone who had to leave their homes and whose homes were damaged by the natural disaster,” said Sergey Kan.
Businessman Kenes Rakishev and president of the Sabi charitable foundation Asel Tasmagambetova sent T1.2 billion to help flood victims.
