"The investigatory judge of court N2 of Atyrau has considered a claim of investigatory department of Atyrau on sanctioning of 2 month arrest in respect of an inhabitant of Atyrau. The man is suspected of the crime under art.273, i.e. false message about a terror act," the message said.
The man called 102 on May 18 and reported about planted bomb in front of Gallant shop in Lazo street.
He had committed a similar crime in 2016 and was sentenced 2.5 years imprisonment.
