Russian structures of Halyk Bank and Kazkommerstbank completed integration process

Almaty. May 23. KazTAG - The Russian affiliated banks of Halyk Group - Moscommertsbank and NBK-Bank have completed the process of integration, reports Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan.
"Today the Russian affiliated banks of Halyk Group have declared completion of reorganization through consolidation of NBK-Bank (affiliated organization of Halyk Bank Kazakhstan) and Moscommercebank (affiliated organization of Kazkommertsbank)," reads the message.
An appropriate record was brought in the state register of legal entities of the Russian Federation on May 15 2018. Since this date all the rights and liabilities of NBK-Bank were transferred to Moscommertsbank.
