"46 years old suspect, inhabitant of Karasu village has been detained, he confessed committing the crime. The body of 11 years old girl was found in Vostochniy village on May 21," said the department of interior affairs of Kostanay region.
A special investigation-operation group has been formed to discover the crime.
"The suspect has been taken to pretrial detention facility," reads the message.
