Kazakh mini-refineries need financial support

Astana. April 29. KazTAG – Kazakh mini-oil refineries need financial support, reports the press service of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”.
“A meeting was held at Atameken on the activities of low-capacity refineries, at which the prospects and problems of operating mini-refineries in Kazakhstan were discussed,” reads the message.
The chamber stated that in Kazakhstan there is no financial and systemic support for the modernization of mini-refineries.
Tokayev had noted the creation of high value-added clusters in such areas as deep processing of metals, oil, gas and coal chemistry.
